My hollow stories arnt too great, but ill give you a good story from the cumberland just outside there. It was summer and conditions wernt real great for the hollow, high bright skies no wind. So we headed down to the river to spend the day, good decision as far as i'm concerned. I found a little stretch of bank that was absolutely full of bass. I was catchin them one after another, and i finally figured out that this one beaver dam was making an eddy and really concentrating some fish. I hooked one on a spinnerbait and when i got him to the surface, right under him, starring up..and i kid you not.. atleast 30 little bass.. It was insane and incredibly cool. We whacked em that day, and even found a creek where they were just as loaded up. I got my first double in that creek and i dont know how many we caught, but it was alot... Man talk about cabin fever, I'm ready to go back!!
Oh and on top of that, we saw a HUUUUGE Striper chasing shad, and came right by the boat. Like he chased that bait directly to the boat and didnt stop til he was 2ft. away. It looked like a big torpedo headed straight for us.That was one of the best fishing days i've ever had.
