anybody hit monroe lately?

Thinking of fishing the main lake Sunday. Any ideas of what the bass are doing? Haven't been on any water in about a month, time to get some lines wet! Thanks.

All along I thought it was just me.Apparently no one on this board fishes Monroe either. I haven't been to Monroe in years,if you did go how'd ya do?

I had something pop up & couldn't go. I'm going to try to go this Sunday, so I'll give a report. I maybe fish Monroe 4-5 times a year, I should fish it more, since I live in Greenwood, but I usually make the drive to Patoka. Hasn't anybody fished it lately?

I'd like to get to Monroe but time is a problem for me. I don't know why but I'm thinkin about Brookville this weekend. I live on the southeast side of Indy & I can be there in about an hour or so. I need to get out, it's been almost a month. I thought I had it goin on up @ Geist but that bite just shut off for me.

I'm going out this afternoon....I'll let you know what I find. The fish should be transitioning shallow to follow bait....we'll see.

Went out woth my 4 yr. old son and dad yesterday to the slow side.....and fishing was slow. Caught three short bass between 3pm and 7pm. Lots of boats out!!!!!!!!!!!

Fished yesterday form 7:45 - until 10:30, fished Moores Creek. Caught 5- short fish on a crank bait. I would have fished all day, but when I got to my first spot and dropped the trolling motor, my control head was cracked and broke. Fished until it wouldn't change directions anymore. I think I could have caught more fish, they seemed to be biting. Anyone know what tournament was out there yesterday? Boats everywhere!

The IBF Trail classic went out of Cutright and only had 40 boats.
