Be careful when you fry then up... diesel fuel is very flammable :)
Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on my fishing trip this past Sunday on the Ohio.
Sunday afternoon I was on the Ohio between the Falls and the overturned barge fishing for Saugar. Using Live minnows, we caught 50 sauger and 1 walleye in 3 1/2 hours. We did limit out on keepers. Probley could have caught more, but only had 3 dozen of minnows at hand. We used everyone of them. The best part, was we caught them all in a 20 foot radius, bouncing minnows off the bottom.
That is our record day for the most we caught in one day.

There still tastie with a cold beer,or 2.Just spit out the black part.Damn shame all the waters are getting like this . I fish the Ky. river also and we know what happen there a couple yrs. ago. Seems no,one gives a dang about the fishing around here. You never heard of how Ky. river was fixed, heck no . It was not fixed for the fisherman just the guys that got the kick back for shuting up about it. It,s a shame on Ky. Wildlife Dept. for not bigger fines and clean up. But no one makes a big enough stink about it. That,s our goverment.
They said on the news that they were going to charge the company responsible for the cost of retrieving the barge but didn't say anything about the cleanup. I guess in this case we may be lucky in that the river was high and flowing because whatever spilled flowed downstream quickly. I really hate to see this stuff happen.
