hey todd, i might be interested in your lot and boat, I saw you down at the ramp at does valley about 3 weeks ago putting in. I was with the guy putting a pontoon in and i told you that was a cool out fit for the lake,,,the boat looks great, or if you want to sell the boat to other people I got a 115 yamaha that came off that pontoon for sell,,,,you already have the controlls

How big is the lot and does it have anything on it? Does it sit on the lake?

I have never seen the lot, but I do know that it is not on the lake. I bought the lot to have access to the lake. If you would like to see it call me and I will give you the lot number. Thanks, Garry
