Lake Cumberland Water Temp

I am thinking about heading down to the lake this weekend. I was wondering what the water temp is after these few cold days that we have been having. Also any advice on how to catch a few fish would be nice. I need all the help I can get. Thanks

Fished yesterday pm with father in law and friend. Upper end and water temps on main lake 69.6. Fish are moving to the banks and biting well early and late on topwater -> spooks and ac shiner type baits. Spinnerbaits have been good if there is a good wind. if the wind is flat and the day sunny as is forecast for the weekend would stick with plastics and jigs. Good luck.
