Last night proved to be much more productive than the new moon night I fished last week.
The bites were few but the fish were good creek fish 14"- 16". Had several takers that I goofed the hookset on do to too much slack and not paying attention.
The creek is turning nasty, the temp is 79.

Are sections starting to get cutoff with the muck and duckweed?

The duckweed has been there a couple of weeks just sparse, the water is very stagnet with a lot of film and other vegitation starting to develop.
Some areas are a little harder to fish because of this.

I see where that side of Lexington got a little bigger dose of rain. Hopefully you'll goet a push over there and it'll break things up a bit.

The creek looked really good today, the duckweed hasn't gotten a good hold yet and the wind today is keeping it clear with a little weed here and there on the banks.
This was the Ike's pool I can fish it right after work and not have to drive anywhere.
The water level is still 13.1
