Cave Run

I went to cave run Sat. put in at Scotts Creek wind was tough, I went for the crappie but I found the bass were hitting the minnows, the minnows were creek minnows I caught, nothing big, one or two pounds or smaller every thing seemed to relate to wood in the sun light. I tried other lures with no luck but the minnows would produce. You could see two foot down or a little better. Water temp off front sonar was 58.5 to 55.5. If you decide to go down Scout out were to get ramp pass, Crashes place ran out and the store across from Scotts Creek was closed, had to go back down on route 60 to Chevron to get the pass.

Mornin ezo.....haven't fished cave run in several years...do you need a pass at every ramp or only a selected few.I like fishing in the bangor area up to popin rock.

i'm not sure about bangor but poppin rock, scott creek, alfreym warrix, claylick, all need passes......Hey EZ what was the water color? could you tell if turnover was about done?

It didnot look muddy but it looked to me a grey look.
