I don't know about around clarksville, but all of the fishing stores around the lakes here sell them. Fisherman's Headquarters is open on Sunday, the Cabin has them too. Call Dave, he will probably be able to grab one for you at one of the stores, if he is going to be dropping in, if you don't plan on coming up until monday morning.
