Are trout still being stocked in Otter Creek? Also, is there access to the Creek, if so, where?

The park is still closed. You can get a permit at ft Knox to fish other areas of the stream, but the actual park is gated.

Yes, it is still being stocked, but I don't know if it's only the part that runs through the base or not. And I know that there have always been parts of it that you could fish that were neither in the park nor part of the base, but I've never known how to get to them. I'd like to find that out, too.
