    limberneck

So i was reading the post "what bait" and saw that some of you were big fans of the limberneck. I really like the concept and ive been looking them up and was gonna buy one or two so i could duplicate some for myself. Problem is i cant find one ANYWHERE!!!! So if you guys who have some could post some close up pictures and tell me the size of the cable that goes to the blade and maybe give me some info on them or where to find them it would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks

A guy from Indiana contacted me a few weeks ago about making some of these. As soon as I get caught up on bait orders I am going to give it a good ol' country boy try....Good Lord's Will.....I think I can pull it off..haven't been stomped yet when it comes to bringin' back a winner...lol...

Could you tell me a little more about how the cable that connects the blade to the rest of the bait. Is it plastic coated or not? Is free to move by a swivel at the r-bend where you tie it or is it crimped? Id love to get my hands on an original but cant find one anywhere so im going to try an make them myself. I checked out the picture on the website but its not very high def so i cant see alot of detail. If you could send me some close up pics or point me in the right direction on where to buy one it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

That's it!!! I couldn't remember who they sold out to. They sold out to Luhr Jensen! A buddy of mine contacted Lure Jensen directly about 3 or 4 years ago. He was looking for Limbernecks and tried to go directly through Luhr Jensen to get them. He scored BIG! They sold 75 or 80 if I remember correctly. He got them for about $1.50 each as they were clearing out the last of their inventory.
