Ohio river or Taylorsville lake tomorrow Wednesday May 25th

Title says it all, but i'm thinking West Point at the Salt river and Ohio river area, or some of the creek mouths on taylosville lake. Any ideas or suggestions. I dont think the Ohio Is that high anymore. I will be fishing bank. I have some frozen shad, and night crawlers and red worms. Any other tips

Ohio upper gauge is 15.2 and rising lower at 37.7 and rising....Take you boots...and fresh bait is the ticket now so take your throw net.
