Don't really see how most of the questions could be called misleading since they were about things she had already came out and commented on before this interview.

Also I would assume that there was a pre-interview about what they were going to discuss and it was run past not only her but her PR people also. Guess he could have snuck some other questions in there but then you lose any chance to get her back on the show or others once word spread what he had done.
