Bridges are not easements to my knowledge in KY and property rights extend all the way up to the bridge.

I don't know the answer to this but am just wondering... if the property line has to do with the construction type of the bridge. For example, if a bridge has a lot of riprap under it that extends to the right or left, I wonder if that is considered "bridge property". Or if its obvious that the county or state is maintaining a strip of land to the right or left (i.e. mowing the grass), would that be a fairly safe determination of state owned land?
