Re: Early Summer on Elkhorn Creek

Bridges are not easements to my knowledge in KY and property rights extend all the way up to the bridge.

Re: Early Summer on Elkhorn Creek

I don't know the answer to this but am just wondering... if the property line has to do with the construction type of the bridge. For example, if a bridge has a lot of riprap under it that extends to the right or left, I wonder if that is considered "bridge property". Or if its obvious that the county or state is maintaining a strip of land to the right or left (i.e. mowing the grass), would that be a fairly safe determination of state owned land?

"Early Summer on Elkhorn Creek"....Man this just has a real nice ring to it...the sights, smells and sounds of summer. Early summer sure seems like a pipe dream today (February 9th) considering we're experiencing this winter storm today.

"Early Summer on Elkhorn Creek"...someone aught to write a book!
