Does anyone know when the skipjack start running at Gallatin Steam plant really good? I mean when you can go and load a cooler in a little while?..thanks in advance

Hey man...I have only been to the Gallatin steam plant once and that was several years ago. I was looking for the boat ramp side, can you give me some good directions to get to the boat ramp? thanks
