Barren Lake fishing Report Updated January 29, 2010

Lake jumped up high with the rain last week, and the COE is really dumping water right now.
Some good fish are hitting in the sleu's ..
Jesse Reports that the Eagles are in and that a Golden Eagle has taken up residence for the last few weeks.
Not much fishing going on with the lake dropping hard.
Might be some Muskie up in the river below the dam. They usually come in when this happens.
Ice formed for a while on the lake and was thick enough almost to drive a car on over the whole lake, but the lake came up and has covered that.. there was at one time 4" of ice.
