Summer patterns continue as we roll through September. Mullet schools are still trickling through the local area and the rain has been persistent in the afternoons. As the mullet migration continues to push through the Palm beaches. Tarpon can be found on the beaches when ground swells weaken. Back bays, canals, and structured areas also great areas to find the silver King ambushing bait schools. Live bait and Doa bait busters great baits to entice the tarpon to strike.Snook have been abundant all through the intercoastal waterways. Fish areas with points and moving water typically you can find snook. Docks, bridges and mangrove shorelines also great areas to locate the line insiders. Live bait hooked through the nose triggers great strikes. Rapala skitter V top waters an awesome bait to create explosive strikes on the surface.Channels and bays have been abundant with schools of jack, mackerel, bluefish and ladyfish. All these fish are willing to take live bait and artificial baits like a Doa 3 shad tail. Baits worked on the bottom, catch snapper, drum and maybe a flounder or two.Well that is the fishing report for the past week. Hope you all enjoyed.
