LAKE SEMINOLE IS 1.1 FEET OVER FULL, MSTEIND & 82 DEGREES
Bass fishing is fair but it is hot on the water. There are some shallow fish on points right off the river after mid day. In the upper rivers, the water is clearing so use a 200 series Bandit crank baits in bright colors and Leverage gold bladed spinner baits. The flat side crank baits seem to get more strikes and warming weather has the fish active. The bass are on the stumps and points all day. Pitching and flipping a black Zoom u tail worm on a Texas rig is fair and hit every stump that you can see. For fishing the lower lake, go to the river ledges. Mid day go to the creek ledges that drop right into the river and use a 1/2 ounce Strike King buzz bait or a ½ ounce spinner bait with large silver willow leaf blades. Slow roll this lure on the structure and use a single #6 Colorado blade and a chartreuse and white skirt. There are some fish biting after dark on black buzz baits and black Jitterbugs.
