BASS
Big grubs and crank baits fished slow will help you pick up a few extra bass. Slow cranking these crank baits works well for me. I picked up several largemouth bass by just fishing a Series 3 crankbait along rocky banks. You may want to try the bigger bodied baits too **** as the Series 6 and 10XDs. Natural colors are working the best but chartreuse seems to help out if you are fishing with plastic. Below the dam smallmouth are targeted in the swift current areas with live minnows this time of year. Usually the more current the better. My best days have been when flood gates are open but use caution this is also a perfect combination for dangerous boating situations.
Catfish
I caught a few catfish in 20' of water and also in 50' so it is hard to give a perfect depth. I noticed it mattered more what area you were in than the depth. Zig zagging in different depths in the right area produced a good number of fish.
Sauger
The Pickwick Dam has been running a lot of water lately which has made it tough on sauger fishing below the dam. Using store bought minnows seems to help right now. I found a few quality sauger today in deeper water, most were as deep as 50'. I expect sauger fishing to really pick up after the water stabilizes.
