LAKE OCONEE IS FULL, 51 DEGREES

Bass fishing is fair. The lake is full, heavily stained over most of the lake. The water temperature is 48 to 53 degrees. There is a lot of trash that has been washed into the lake with all the rain so keep an eye out as you move up and down the lake. Look for the fish around the docks in the mouths of the creeks. Use a small crank bait that will make a lot of noise. Fish it as slow as you can around the dock poles. Large spinner dark spinner baits with large blades fish around the same dock poles will also produce.
