LAKE RUSSELL IS FULL, CLEAR & MID 60 DEGREES

Bass fishing is very good and both the spotted bass and the largemouth are being caught all over the lake as the weather stabilized last week. Catching quick limits on jerk baits on the main lake and secondary points is working all day. Expect to see more and more bass moving up to the shallows all week. Beaver Dam, Rocky River and the northern most part of the Savannah River are getting hammered by tournament anglers. The top water bite has really picked up this past week and should continue.
