The Bass are eating just about anything you want to throw at them. For me its Football Season and Deep Cranks .
With a 
4x4 Kevin Hawk Signature Football Jig I will prob ledges 20-24ft or even deeper if my graph shows some hanging out down there. You have to find the Hard Spot when you find that and the angle its game time catching them on every cast as long as you keep the school fired up..
My favorite way to catch them is deep cranking and my go to crank is a
SPRO Little John DD this bait pulls through the water very easy and it gets down to where the big bass are . One thing I like to do is change the hooks out there is nothing wrong with the factory hooks but I have found that the New
Gamakatsu Short Shank 2x Magic Eye #2 is the deal they are bad to the bone . Focus on the bass that are hanging off the sides of ledges when your cranking .
if you like to fish the grass a Texas rigged worm in june bug is a great way to catch some good uns.
