The fishing this week on the Big-G has been very exceptional. With the hot muggy weather the fish really got schooled up good on ledges and each day this week was able to get some great quality fish to hit jigs and deep crankbaits. Yesterday was one of those days that you just look forward to having on Guntersville and it was even better when you have a couple of clients that yesterday was their first trip on the lake. The only word to describe the fishing yesterday is "WOW", the big fish were schooled up and we had few doubles and also 2 times had triples where all 3 of us caught fish the same time, along with even having 2 at the same time on the same crankbait, now that is when fishing can get fun. The jig bite has been producing all week, but when the conditions hit just right the deep crankbait can turn on a hot muggy day then just hold on and enjoy the show! I have multiple pics on my website to view from this past week. Have fun, Mike Carter
