Bass fishing is fair. Bass are being caught on those top water baits right before dark. Use the Carolina rigs in and around the grass beds along with trick worms and Flukes. Main lake points and humps are still producing. The Zara Spook walk the dog style top water bait is working. Both four and six inch worms are working on the Carolina rig. Be patient and work the baits really slow. If they don't hit the larger baits, don't be afraid to down size to a four inch worm. Another good technique to use is the drop shot rig. This is another excellent method to entice the fish out of those grass mats. Use no more than a two foot leader and nothing larger than a four inch worm or fluke.
