LAKE GEORGE IS DOWN .8 FEET, MID 60’S
Bass fishing is good. Bass fishing is now offshore on the ledges but there are some shallow fish in the hydrilla. Deep crank baits, Alabama rigs and jigs are catching offshore bass. Spooks, Chatter Baits, jerk baits and punching are producing while fishing inshore on hydrilla lines. Down south the hydrilla is holding bass. Up north fish around wood and any vegetation is holding fish. The bait is plentiful, so slow presentation is even more important. Jigs with chunk trailers are working. Senko’s are also a good bet
