LAKE GEORGE IS FULL, LOW 60’S
Bass fishing is fair. Throw Spro Aruku Shad's and Stanford lures rough and toughs around main lake hydrilla flats and at the mouths of main lake pockets. The reaction bite has been better than the flipping bite because of the unseasonably warmer days. There are also some fish biting a #7 Fat Free Shad on creek channel ledges in 10 to 12 feet of water. The key to the bite on the warmer days is just covering as much productive water as possible. Fish the same areas next week after the cold front rolls in. Just slow down and flip the hydrilla on the flats with a 1 ounce Tru Tungsten flipping weight and a black and blue Big Bite Baits 3 inch Yomama.
