Bass fishing is fair and the some good spotted bass are being caught in Little River on the rocky ledges of the old river channel. The 4 or 5 inch Senko worms and ring worms in June bug or pumpkin seed Texas rigged are working best.
Striper fishing is poor and a few fish are being caught in Little River at the junction of the Chattooga River trolling a 3 inch sassy shad on a 1/4 ounce jig head.
Crappie fishing is fair and some fish are starting to be caught trolling in the bays of the upper Coosa River on 1/24 ounce Jiffy Jigs in colors JJ08, JJ20, JJ24, JJ25. Little Spring Creek is also producing some fair trolling also.
