Mike has over 35 years experience in Bass and Crappie fishing techniques and over 25 years experience in tournament Bass fishing in numerous lakes in the southeast. Mike also enjoys teaching kids of all ages different techniques in fishing, and for different species of fish.
Today was another one of those days on the "Big-G" that everything clicked and the fish were turned on. We had the wind, rain, and more wind, and of course it was cold, and did I mention WIND!! The fish however didn't care because the were very aggressive and the 3/4-1 oz. Rat-L-Traps paired with 7'6" Hammer Rods and 20# Vicious Line were still doing the job. The two gentlemen I had from Tennessee had a blast experiencing the big Trap in the deep grass and just how hard these fish can hit. We had a lot of good pictures and a great time getting the opportunity to take them. Get out and enjoy it while it's here. Have fun, Mike Carter
