There's LOTS of Good News and a little Bad News in this week's Fishing Report! We'll start with the Good News and that's the fact that the Cold Weather with the Ice and 20 degree temps appears to be behind us, we've received lots of much needed rain and more is on the way today and tomorrow, the lake level is up more than a foot and rising, and Spring Break has just started! The bad news....... The couple of weeks of cold weather has the water temp very low in the 40's and this coupled with all the fresh water made fishing tough last week!

I fished Monday and Tuesday and Adam and I both conducted trips on Saturday. The bite was very slow and the fish were about as uncooperative as we've seen them this Winter. We did manage a couple of BIG BLUES (See Pics) on Monday with the McCoy Brothers from DFW, but the large numbers we'd been catching shrank to low numbers. Hopefully this week's warm up will get the fish back on their aggressive bite as we're booked everyday with Spring Break Trips!

We're still catching most of our catfish in the timbered areas of the Lake and on Danny King's Punch Bait.
