This past week started with the lake on fire and nothing changed for me, we caught fish and good fish all week long having great numbers daily with some big fish to boot. The only negative for me was lack of a top water bite especially early in the morning as the strong winds seemed to negate the top water explosions.



The patterns we are on are very typical for this time of year and have been very consistent for several weeks now; one day it’s all about SPRO deep running crank baits and the other it’s about Tight-Line football jigs with Missile Bait D-Bomb as trailers along grass. We are still catching some fish n the heavier grass with Missile Bait D-Stroyers, it seems to me when the sun got bright we had to get into the heavier grass and pitch a heavy weighted D-Stroyers.

The future is still bright for the month of June we have plenty o great days ahead, I am recommending no more than 6 hrs unless we hit a overcast day where the day is a little cooler; come fish with me I have days and guides available to fish with you. No one will treat you better.
