LAKE RUSSELL IS DOWN 2.4 FEET, CLEAR & HIGH 70’S
Bass fishing is fair. A white 1/4 to 3/8 ounce spinnerbait thrown right up at the bank and worked as slow as possible is the only chance you have of catching bass. Try to look for areas with wood and rock. These areas will hold the largest fish. Shallow points with rock will also hold bass. Work as much water as possible and keep the spinnerbait in the water. Also look at the areas near the dam. These points are famous for good quality bass on a spinnerbait in any color that resembles white.
