Bass fishing is slow and there has been a ton of water go through with all the rain north of the lake. And it has been just hot. Early and late Lunker Lures buzz baits on the wood or grass lines can draw a fish but run and gun all day. Stay off the rivers for a least a week. Float a large dark Gilraker worms or lizards on Texas rig with no weight on around the grass beds. After dark use large red 10 inch culprit worms and black jitterbugs and buzz baits. Also, large June Bug Senko’s weightless can work. Add a Mann’s Rat in green frog then follow up with a big lizard in June bug on a large #5 Mustad hook.
