Here's hoping you had as nice a Christmas as we did and are now looking forward to a great New Year! It's hard to believe but Adam and I will begin our 16th year in the Fishing Guide Business in January, and for me it still holds true that "I haven't worked a day in the past 15 years"! There's a lot of truth in the saying that if you enjoy what you do, you'll never work a day in your life!

I was fortunate to fish Monday thru Wednesday this past week and we had a nice box of Catfish each outing! Monday was by far the BEST day as Brent and Case Hunter had their 50 fish limit of Channel and Blue Cats by midday, and 12 year old Hunter caught the largest fish of his young life. Hunter CPR'd (Caught, Pictured and Released) a BIG BLUE Catfish well over 25 lbs. Almost every outing in the Winter someone will hook a BIG FISH, but it requires a little skill and a whole lot of luck to land a fish the size Hunter caught!



Adam and I have Weekday and Saturday openings in January and February, and we're continuing to offer a WINTER SPECIAL RATE where three fishermen can fish for the two person rate! We often start a little later (Around 9AM or 10AM)as the weather gets cooler, but you can still enjoy a nice Texas Winter day on the water!
