Richland Chambers Fishing Report - TX

Not much to report this week as the periodic Rain, North Winds and some Cooler Temperatures kept us off the Lake much of last week! Richland Chambers lake level is just a few inches above Pool Level, several Spillway Gates are open and the water clarity is very stained, but fishable. When we have been able to conduct a fishing trip, we've been catching some nice Channel Catfish and an occasional BIG BLUE CAT! This was the case on Saturday when the Brackin Family from Houston joined us for a midmorning fishing trip. We had two boats out with the Guys versus the Gals and I was fortunate to have the Gals fishing with me! THEY DID GOOD!!! We fished from 10AM to 2PM , had 47 Keeper Fish including 1 BIG BLUE CAT and a "Story About The One That Got Away"! Oh yes.....We beat the Guys! (See Pics Above)
Adam and I have Weekday and Saturday openings in January and February, and we're continuing to offer a WINTER SPECIAL RATE where three fishermen can fish for the two person rate! We often start a little later (Around 9AM or 10AM)as the weather gets cooler, but you can still enjoy a nice Texas Winter day on the water! Give us a call @ 469-371-5197 or check us out at
