Bass fishing is fair. Use the crank baits that have a tight wobble during the winter. Another cold front will hit this week will lower the water temperature a little and the bait fish will be affected. This will result in a slower retrieve and presentation on all baits. Fish the stained water up in the rivers and especially areas that hold rock and wood. This combination will work on and off all winter long especially on those sunny days. Take along a small jig or worm to help you fish the wood cover really well. Drag a small Zoom mini lizard on a light spinning rig and a set of small split shots like a light weight Carolina rig and worm the clay and rock banks later in the day.
