LAKE SINCLAIR IS DOWN 1.2 FEET STAINED, 70’s

Bass fishing is good and the top water lures and spinner baits are producing during early morning from shallow cover. Fish the blow downs, docks, rip rap, grass and shallow points. Use a Super Spook Jr., Pop R, Chug Bug, buzz baits and Baby Torpedo’s. Spinner baits and Zoom Super Flukes and trick worms will work. Shad are spawning lake wide. There are a lot of bass are around shallow docks that have brush under or around them. Use soft plastics, jigs, crank baits, and spinner baits. Small groups of bass can be found on slow to medium tapering points at 5 to 10 feet deep. The Carolina rig is normally best but crank baits like a Rapala DT10 or ½ ounce Fat Free Shad are worth a try.
