Bass fishing is good and most bass are done spawning, and have moved into the grass beds and under shallow docks. Spinner baits, chatter baits and Jigs are catching fish, the top water bite is also good early and late. Some Bass have moved to secondary points, humps and road beds near the spawning areas.

Striper fishing is good and they are starting to be caught in the lower Chattooga River, at the Cave Hole in Little River and Little Spring Creek, down lining and flat lining live shad.

Crappie fishing is fair and most of our fish are on deeper cover, and they can be caught spider rigging with minnows on the creek and river channel ledges and deeper cover,
