Bass fishing is good and most fish have started moving to deeper cover, under deeper docks and the creek and river channel ledges, they are being caught on medium to deep running crank baits, 1/2 ounce spinner baits, Carolina rigged plastics, and jigs, the top water bite is still strong on deeper banks and sea walls early and late.

Striper fishing is good and they are being caught in the lower Chattooga River, at the Cave Hole in Little River and Little Spring Creek, down lining and flat lining live shad 8-10 feet deep in the river channel.

Crappie fishing is fair. Most fish are on deeper cover, and they can be caught spider rigging with minnows on the creek and river channel ledges and deeper cover.
