Bass fishing is good. The early morning bite is good and it dies off around 10:00 a.m. If the wind is blowing, move to the points and the mouths of the creeks and coves and use top water and crank baits. Fronts are moving through and fishing two days before a front will definitely be the best time to go. Blue bird skies are in the forecast for this weekend and without any wind. This can drive the bass to cover and quick. If this happens, break out the jigs, worms and Shakey Heads and pick the rocks and wood apart. Fish these baits shallow at less than about five feet deep on these sunny days.
