Bass fishing is fair. Due to the dropping water temperatures the fishing has slowed down. Your best bet is to flip a Texas rig worm and the jigs on the edges of the creek channels. After the cold weather goes through, the bass will head to the creeks looking for small bait fish. Small Fish Head Spins with a small Zoom fluke trailer and a Shad Raps will be the best baits. Try the Zoom U tail worm in watermelon or watermelon candy colors in the clear water is the color of choice and use a green pumpkin any the stained water. A small pig and jig fished in the same area will also catch a few fish.
