LAKE SINCLAIR IS DOWN .96 FEET, CLEAR, 50’S

Bass fishing is fair mid to lower lake. After the cold weather goes through, the bass will head to the creeks looking for small bait fish. Small Fish Head Spins with a small Zoom fluke trailer and a Shad Raps will be the best baits. Later in the week go to the Carolina rig and the light Texas rig. Green pumpkin and red shad are the go to colors on the lake in the winter. Once the water starts to warm some use the Rapala DT10 in either the silver or shad color. Hot mustard is always a good choice is any water color. Work the points and the channel swings where they make a sharp turn at or near a major point. Be sure to use the Insight Genesis mapping to pinpoint these areas. Any current will be the helping factor here. Any place you find current the bass are sure to be close by.
