We had days this past week that 40 to 50 fish were caught in several of our boats daily; yes, it was lots of small fish, but the action was fierce, and the misses exceeded the catches. Couple that with a few big fish and the week was exceptional; great days, great customers and lots of fun.




The baits we used were broad as anything that moved over grass in 3 to 5 ft. of water was catching fish, SPRO Aruka shad, Picasso buzz baits, Picasso chatter baits and swim a small swim bait. These all had their moments and caught fish for us. Our biggest corporate customer enjoyed a great week of fishing. I think we will see the big fish move this next week and feed until we get that water temperature down another 15 degrees and then they will go into a winter pattern.
