It’s just unbelievable that the bite is as strong as it was this past week; my guess is we had a week of cooler temperatures and overcast skies and it really helped the fish. We caught plenty of fish, big fish small fish schoolers they were all fun. It’s turning out to be a typical June and I really thought it would not. We fished 8 to 20 ft. most of the week.

We basically fished Tight-Line swim jigs with Missile Bait shock wave swim baits and Tight-Line 3/8 jigs rigged with Missile bait Craw Fathers in the grass. As a note the floating grass appears to be clearing up and should allow us to get on a top water bite.
