Re: The place for supper at Grand Rivers - KY Lake
Willow pond has awesome all you can eat cake style hush puppies and white beans, Patties 2" pork chop hands down best I have ever eaten people come from miles and miles away for it in fact it has a following much like Lamberts in Sikeston.
Col is right call Miss Patties Settlement for reservations now if you are planning on comming anytime soon, or anytime period.

The hot brown at Patti's rocks, but if you get it, ask for the chips on the side, very important to do that. The pork shops are great and the desserts are the best in the area. Boatsinker pie, chess pie, mississippi mud pie...yummmmmmmmmm.
I also recommend the Dinner Bell for the price concious. It is a buffet style restaraunt, great catfish and hushpuppies.
Three Pigs BBQ in Benton is also worth a look.

I didn't know the Pelican went out of business. We were just down there this week, but we were on the other end of the lake. Is the bait shop next door still there?
