If you don't want to say...then don't say. I dont have a problem with that. I understand. If you read the original post closely, my problem is with the teasing... "we went somewhere...threw something...caught something...you have to guess."
He told where he went, perhaps not the wisest choice considering it's a creek but at least its on the Ohio and not a fragile SMB fishery. He told you what was in the tackle box he brought along, he told you where he launched, then he joked around about the EXACT lure he threw to catch what he caught- some sauger. Are you seriously still hung up on this because now I am and I feel like I need to defend a post I didn't even start. What is happening here...?
What is truly selfish is that he didn't invite us all to the fish fry! LOL

Whats up with Buckeye drivers? You folks always seem to want to stay in the let lane, which in KY is designated for passing slower traffic, not loitering! My personal theory is that some of your expressway exits are on the left and this contributes to my lateness getting off the water and back to the old lady. Ha, ha, ha, I made another funny! Seriously though, a couple weeks back when the whole thing still looked like chocolate milk a pulled a nice 15", 16" Sauger out below a riffle with a black size 8 Wooly Bugger. If you need casting lessons I know several folks who would be more than happy to help you out. Not teaching you how to use a fillet knife though, and you definitely aren't getting the secret spice recipe for the crappie batter.
