Casey Anthony........NOT GUILTY.........Really???

The verdicts did not surprise me. I watched some of the trial but not all of it. It is my belief that the prosecution did not meet the burden of proof necessary to find Anthony guilt.

Is she a slut? Yes. Is she a liar? Yes. Is she and her family crazier than a flock of loons? Yes. But those facts do not add up to her alone killing her daughter.

Did she dispose of the body? Yes. Is she a morally bankrupt piece of white trash? Yes. But the prosecution did not [B][U]prove[/U][/B] she killed Caley.

Rest in peace poor abused Caley.

Another slam dunk media conviction! Remember that guy in Georgia, the park bomber?, the media had him executed already.There was one good thing that came of this, it will take years to wipe the egg off of nancys face, and hearalpo screwed up again too.

Yep sad but true!! The Mother, Father and Brother will do the same. Also, Mom and Dad will get divorced. Casey will probably move from Orlando to California bear Arnolds love child.....:eek:

For a circumstantial case, they should never have gone for murder 1. I heard that the profiles offered by the jury before they were seated showed that they felt they couldn't find someone guilty if there were a possibility of the death sentence. I think the jury made the right decision based on the charge and the evidence presented for that charge. I don't think I could send someone to the prison with the possibility of death based on that evidence. I do think she committed the crime though. Beyond a reasonable doubt?

I cant stand the fact that the defense can throw whatever mud they want on the wall and hope that something sticks and don't have to prove anything. To me, it says that they can make things up, make accusations, or do just about anything to get their clients off. Lets just stick to the facts. Did her dad molest her when she was young? I don't know and it doesn't matter as far as evidence to whether or not she killed her little girl. You can't convince me that being molested will make anyone kill their child. That stuff should never be allowed.

Some of you may have heard about the Carrie Culberson trial here in Blanchester, Ohio. Her body was never found(is she still alive?), but her boyfriend is in prison for life. Circumstantial evidence?
