I'm good friends with the cop its not a set up. The guy was charged with menecing.
Ryan, in all seriousness (nobody takes Gorski seriously) why would he be charged with menacing if he was legal? I admit I don't understand all the KRS's but I am curios to know exactly where the law was broken here. There was no link posted with the story so I do not know the details.
Sounds like the cop gave an opinion to the OC and did not like the response he got.
Jackbootery ensued and now a guardsman is involved? Thats my take of a similar story from a google search anyway.
Don't know was not there don't know how his demeanor or the fella arrest was. Let it play out in court before anyone is convicted.
No posted and went to the lake for the weekend. Not worried about your responce.
Tim don't know why he charged him that way, he may have threatened him with his hands.
Let it play out in court. If the cop made a mistake it will be fixed. Thank God no one else makes mistakes in their jobs.

Ryan, I hope you didn't think my question was being critical, I was just trying to understand how he was charged. Like I said, I don't know the KRS statutes as someone as involved in law enforcement, it just didn't seem like there was much to go on for an arrest. Like you said, you guys have a thankless job and no one is perfect in that job. I have too many friends involved in law enforcement to ever not understand there side of things.
Tim if I knew what that ment I might be able to answer that. lol
I thought this was a interesting link.
