    BLUEGRASS BASS CLUB

Is a team club, have about 30+.they have a limit on number of boats previous members have priority but they will go over the limit so as its not too many.you pay the tourneys by half of season first half before first tourney then the second half or all at once.for all entrys and dues it is like $200 per person. In years past it pays about $600 first place depending on boats.they fish nolin rough barren patoka and ky for 1 points tourney and clasic and they usually have a cook out at the classic.they also give angler of year money.
they have six tournaments + classic i believe.only downside for me is they have no nite tourneys.

Check out the Green River Bass Club. During the 2006 season, the club had a total of 76 members. New members for 2007 are welcome. The club is a team format and we fish 4 lakes: Green, Barren, Nolin, and Cumberland. Membership dues are $30 per person per year and tournament entry fees are $50 per boat per tournament. For the 2007 schedule and rules, go to www.greenriverbassclub.com

The Louisville Metro Police Department's FOP Lodge runs a fishing club. We normally fish 6 T's a year and then have a classic. We fish Barren, Rough, Nolin, KY/Barkley, Ohio, either Green,Dale or Cumberland. You must join the FOP as an assoiate member, $30.00 a year. We should have the schedule out in the next fe days. Ryan.

Thumbs up Re: louisville bass clubs

I am a member of the Louisvillemetrobassclub. It is a great club. A lot of the members also fish the fishers for men tournaments and others. We are a draw for partner club. We also fish Rough, Barren, Nolin, LBL and others. We are starting our year off with Dale Hollow this year. Just go to the web site below to see all that the club offers.

    Hey basshole (great handle btw),

I checked out ya'lls schedule and it looks like I would be able to fish most of them if I joined. Never fished a tournament before, but sounds like fun and a good learning experience anyways (plus, it'd be easy money for the others in the club, LOL!)

Unfortunately, I don't own a boat, so I'd have to be a non-boater. Would it be wise to join, thinking I could fish the tourneys, or would it be better to try and find someone with a boat to join with?

I would get a hold of Allen or Ken. Their numbers are on our website. they may know of some boaters looking for partners. It would probably be wise to find one before joining. I'd hate to see you join and not be able to find a partner.
