Guys, I'm thinking about getting one of these and have been looking around. Should I spring for the extra Map Create Software stuff or just get a basic unit and buy a Navionics Hot Maps card? I was leaning towards the card but apparently they don't have some of the lakes I fish. (Cedar, not sure about Herrington)

Go for the Hot Spots Card and get some of the lakes for KY off the Lowrance Web Site...... If they don't have the Lakes your looking for I can download them for you and send them to you. all you would have to do is pay for the SD card and Postage.....

I have one of these and like it a lot, guess i never did research this too much, can you actually get Herrington and Ceder creek and down load them to the H20c?
I have the map card and like it for Barren, Dale, Douglas, and the big twins(kY and Barkley) never really felt like i needed it at Herrington, but any help with that lake could not hurt.
