Man, between this post and birdstrike's I have to admit I was moved. This is without a doubt the best dang internet site on planet earth. I mean we fuss sometimes we bicker back and forth but dog gone it mess with one of us and you got the whole pack breathing down your neck. I am truely impressed with the generosity and heart felt caring that is consistently shown on this site. Not to be corny or clicha but it really is like a Band of Fishing Brothers. I've been absent for about a couple of months and a friend called me the other day to ask if I knew what was going on with Elwood. He knew that we had gone fishing and how much fun I had.

For those of you that don't know Elwood, he is one of the most generous good hearted people I've ever met. He would truly give a stranger the shirt off his back even if it was his favorite shirt. I learned so much from him on our trip to C-land. I hate to see such a good person go through stuff like this. it's guys like him, spiderjigman, birdstike and others that make this place what it is. Thanks Scott I appreciate it very much and appreciate the phone call last night as well. Not looking forward to it one bit but not all that worried either just because it is amazing what a guy can get used to if he has to. Looking forward to sharing a boat again, which looks like later than sooner, but anytime is fine with me.
