    Re: Gamma Copolymer?

I have never tried the Gama. I like the Pline in the 100% fluorocarbon and the Halo is even better. It is good line the memory is not bad I use a little Reel Magic on all my reels and it seems to help.

I've never tried the Halo but I do agree that the Pline 100% fluoro is the best fluoro I've used. But I've really only tried a few.

I'm thinking about buying some Gamma for the C-Rig, just curious how sensitive it is. I also throw a lot of jigs. Most of the lakes around here have some stain so I don't know how much the visibility factor of flouro even comes into play.

    Re: Gamma Copolymer?

The gama is a step above yorur typical mono in terms of stretch and sensitivity. I still like the flourocarbon for feel. Have you tried Seaguar Carbon pro, or even better is the Seaguar InvisX (much less stiff than standard Flouro's). I have tried all kinds of flouro's and the InvisX is the best I have used. It is much more abbrasion resistant than mosts, but you still need to check.

I can say the Gamma co-polymer is the strongest line I have ever used, and it lasts forever.

Wow, that last line sold me. I think I'll grab a spool of the gamma and give it a try. Thanks...
